We do not sell your personal data, we do not train global models on your private conversations, and external AI models only receive minimal, scrubbed text when you explicitly permit them.
1. What Information Saviro Collects & Stores
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and securely hashed password credentials.
- Personal Profile & Facts: Facts you share about yourself (e.g. occupation, location, interests, hobbies, important projects).
- Communication Style & Behavioral Preferences: How you talk, your preferred tone, directness, and explicit corrections you give Saviro (e.g. “Keep it shorter”).
- Goals & Projects: Objectives, active tasks, and milestones you choose to track.
- Private Marketplace & Direct Messaging: Direct messages between buyers and sellers are private by default; Saviro never inspects or summarizes them unless explicitly invited.
- Encrypted Vault (Optional Durable Memory): If enabled, facts are stored locally with AES-256-GCM encryption with no plaintext fallback.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to provide and improve your personal experience:
- Maintaining conversation continuity without needing you to repeat yourself.
- Tailoring recommendations to your stated location, radius, and budget.
- Adapting response style to your preferred communication habits.
- Verifying action safety before preparing external integrations.
3. External AI Model Privacy Firewall
Saviro operates primarily on local cognitive engines. When you enable external AI consultation, Saviro applies a Privacy Firewall:
- All personal profile facts, memories, relationships, and history are stripped.
- Only the immediate, bounded request text is transmitted.
- The external model draft must pass Saviro’s validation layer before being shown to you.
- External models cannot write or alter your memory, goals, or profile.
4. Your Data Sovereignty Rights
You have complete control over your data directly within Saviro Settings:
- Inspect Memory: View all learned facts and behavioral preferences.
- Delete Individual Facts: Remove any fact with immediate memory retraction.
- Reset Personalization: Wipe all learned tone, speed, and style adaptations.
- Export Everything: Download your entire personal memory vault as JSON.
- Delete Account: Permanently erase your account, sessions, and data.
